Elevated Park at Trade Center Site Comes Into View (New York Times)

Brookfield Cooks Up 71,000 S/F Deal at Brookfield Place (Real Estate Weekly)

Brookfield Office Properties Inc. announced that the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE), New York City’s largest center for culinary learning, will relocate to Brookfield Place (225 Liberty St.) in downtown Manhattan in 2014.

ICE will occupy 71,000 s/f at Brookfield Place, which is in the midst of a $250-million renovation and re-positioning.
